DIGITAL Sales manager/representative - contract

Job description, responsibilities, and duties

We are looking for a skilled professional who is able to handle the sales of digital projects for SLOVAKIA and countries abroad as well.

Your main responsibilities and duties would be:

  • continuous lead generation
  • contacting leads
  • handle meetings with potential clients
  • preparing proposals
  • get sign-offs
  • contacting existing clients with up-sale / cross-sale
  • work together with marketing dep. to get higher sales

What skills we expect you to have:

  • great in communication and need previous experience with direct client communication
  • worked in an agency or on client-side with digital projects so you will know what you are talking about and be able to prepare brief ideas for clients on how to help their business grow online
  • flexible, pro-active and creative – out of the box thinker
  • good verbal and non-verbal presentation
  • fluent in English so you can seek and talk with clients abroad
  • very detail-oriented, well organized and able to work independently
  • be passionate about online marketing
  • willing to learn and show initiative, open to new trends, enthusiastic about new technologies, new apps, new ideas
  • an open-minded, reliable, and hardworking person
  • easy-going

You need to have at least basic skills or be willing to learn:

  • PPC  (google, facebook, bing…)
  • Content writing (blogs, articles, social media posts…)
  • SEO
  • development project manager (websites, microsites, SaaS…)
  • UX / Design / Creative
  • websites/campaigns data analysis and reporting

It would be great if you have a marketing background (previous marketing experience, ideally also psychology or marketing graduate).

Language skills

  • English – Proficiency (C2)
  • Slovak – Proficiency (C2)


Work environment

You will be part of a team consisting of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about their work and are delivering measurable results for clients.
You will work on projects for big national and multi-national clients as well as in-house projects (www.Boosterberg.com, www.HitScout.com, www.Fans.vote, www.SMBee.io, www.LearningBee.io).
You might be involved in international projects working together with colleagues from our second office located in the USA.

We have flexible work time, an extremely friendly non-formal working atmosphere, you can work from the office, or remote but we need to make an regular appointments and planning on site.

Expected monthly salary

Your salary will be based on fixed and variable part based on your results.

  • Fixed salary starting at 800€ (invoice)
  • One time percentage bonus of closed deal – paid after we get first payment from client
  • Monthly percentage bonus of each client you bring – paid up to 6 months after sign off

All is negotiable, based on your success rate, sales clients quality etc.
